Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the tallow over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and then pour them into the skillet with the beef.
- Stir gently until the eggs are fully cooked.
- If using, sprinkle cheese over the top and let it melt before serving.
