Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and Creole seasoning.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add red snapper fillets to the skillet, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until fish is cooked through.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
