- 1 cup diced bell pepper

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and Creole seasoning.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add red snapper fillets to the skillet, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until fish is cooked through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add cayenne pepper to taste.
