Deliciously tender short ribs coated in a sweet and spicy cranberry chipotle glaze.
Ingredients

- 4 pounds beef short ribs
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the short ribs with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, chipotle, brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the short ribs in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 3 hours, until tender.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more chipotle sauce.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
