Description

Cowboy Mayo is a zesty and creamy condiment perfect for sandwiches, burgers, and dips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and hot sauce.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix until well blended.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
