- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup cooked pasta
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, cooked pasta, bell pepper, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with pepperoni slices and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
