Description

A delicious and easy-to-make pizza bake using cottage cheese for a creamy twist.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup cooked pasta
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, cooked pasta, bell pepper, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with pepperoni slices and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
