- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Stir in pureed tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, turmeric, and salt.
- Add water, cover, and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
