Description

A rich and savory meat pie made entirely from organ meats, perfect for the carnivore diet enthusiasts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound liver (beef or chicken)
  • 1 pound heart (beef or chicken)
  • 1 pound kidney (beef or chicken)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon herbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground meats and chopped organ meats.
  3. Beat the eggs and mix them into the meat mixture.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and herbs, and combine well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
