- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound liver (beef or chicken)
- 1 pound heart (beef or chicken)
- 1 pound kidney (beef or chicken)
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meats and chopped organ meats.
- Beat the eggs and mix them into the meat mixture.
- Add salt, pepper, and herbs, and combine well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
