Ingredients

- 1 lb chorizo sausage
- 2 cups clams, cleaned
- 4 cups bone broth
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the chorizo over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the potatoes, carrots, celery, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour in the bone broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add clams and cook until they open, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
