- 4 fillets tilapia
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place tilapia fillets in a baking dish and brush the spice mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
