Description

Delicious and spicy Chipotle Baked Tilapia that brings the heat to your dinner table.


Ingredients

  • 4 fillets tilapia
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place tilapia fillets in a baking dish and brush the spice mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
