Description

This Chinese-inspired air fryer pie is a delicious and easy way to enjoy a favorite dish with a healthier twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground meat
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package pie pastry


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground meat until browned.
  3. Add cabbage, carrots, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil; cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Roll out the pie pastry and cut into circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the filling onto each circle and fold over to seal.
  6. Arrange in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
