- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup beef tallow
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a baking tray, melt the beef tallow and then add the seasoned chicken wings.
- Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and fully cooked.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, increase the oven temperature to 450°F during the last 10 minutes.
- Make sure to space out the wings on the tray for even cooking.
