Description

Delicious roasted chicken wings coated in savory beef tallow for a rich flavor and crispy texture.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup beef tallow
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In a baking tray, melt the beef tallow and then add the seasoned chicken wings.
  4. Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and fully cooked.
  5. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, increase the oven temperature to 450°F during the last 10 minutes.
  • Make sure to space out the wings on the tray for even cooking.
