- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil and then coat them with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
