- 2 pounds chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Stir in the paprika and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the chicken pieces and sear on all sides until browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth, cover, and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in the sour cream until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over egg noodles or rice.
Notes
- For a deeper flavor, marinate the chicken in the paprika and garlic overnight.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
