Description

Deliciously grilled chicken oyster skewers enriched with chicken fat for extra flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken oysters
  • 1/4 cup chicken fat
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken oysters with chicken fat, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Skewer the chicken oysters onto skewers.
  4. Place skewers on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
