- 2 pounds chicken oysters
- 1/4 cup chicken fat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine chicken oysters with chicken fat, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Skewer the chicken oysters onto skewers.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Can be served with a dipping sauce.
- For extra flavor, marinate the oysters for a few hours before grilling.
