Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken livers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brandy or cognac
Instructions
- Clean the chicken livers and remove any connective tissue.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add the chicken livers, salt, and pepper, cooking until the livers are just pink inside.
- Remove from heat, add brandy, and let cool slightly.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate until set.

- Serve with carnivore-friendly crackers or vegetables.
- Can be kept refrigerated for up to a week.
