Instructions
- Clean the chicken liver and hearts under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken liver and hearts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Heat the grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates.
- Add the coated chicken liver and hearts to the grill, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until well-cooked.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
