Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken liver
  • 300 grams chicken hearts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Clean the chicken liver and hearts under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken liver and hearts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Heat the grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Add the coated chicken liver and hearts to the grill, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until well-cooked.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
