Description

Delicious chicken drumsticks with a crispy skin and rich butter sauce that enhances the flavor.


Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken drumsticks in the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
