Description

Chicken buns filled with creamy cheese and a touch of spice, perfect for a quick meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package hamburger buns


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix shredded mozzarella and cream cheese.
  5. Once patties are cooked, place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on each patty and let it melt.
  6. Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
