- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink; drain.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in the browned meat mixture, cheese, ketchup, and mustard until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is set and lightly browned on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- This pie can be served with additional toppings such as lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
