Description

A delicious crustless cheeseburger pie that is easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink; drain.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Stir in the browned meat mixture, cheese, ketchup, and mustard until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is set and lightly browned on top.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
