Description

Delicious carnivore tacos served in cheese shell wraps for a low-carb feast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form cheese into round, thin circles.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.
  4. While the cheese is baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  5. Add taco seasoning and water, simmering for about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the cheese from the oven and let cool slightly, then mold into taco shapes.
  7. Fill each cheese taco shell with the seasoned ground beef, tomatoes, sour cream, green onions, and jalapeños.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, use pepper jack cheese.
  • You can add avocado for extra creaminess.
  • These tacos are best served fresh but can be made ahead of time for the filling.
