Delicious carnivore tacos served in cheese shell wraps for a low-carb feast.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form cheese into round, thin circles.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.
- While the cheese is baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water, simmering for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the cheese from the oven and let cool slightly, then mold into taco shapes.
- Fill each cheese taco shell with the seasoned ground beef, tomatoes, sour cream, green onions, and jalapeños.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- For a spicier version, use pepper jack cheese.
- You can add avocado for extra creaminess.
- These tacos are best served fresh but can be made ahead of time for the filling.
