Description

A delicious stuffed chicken recipe filled with cheese and egg, perfect for those on a carnivore diet.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese and egg mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Sear each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
