Description

Deliciously savory egg puffs filled with sausage and cream cheese, perfect for a low-carb, ketogenic lifestyle.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth, then add in eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix well.
  4. Stir the cooked sausage into the egg mixture, followed by the shredded cheese if using.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
