- 1 pound sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth, then add in eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix well.
- Stir the cooked sausage into the egg mixture, followed by the shredded cheese if using.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
