- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup additional toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, mozzarella cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Press the meat mixture into a pizza pan or baking sheet to form a crust.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce over the top.
- Add your favorite toppings on top of the sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the toppings are heated through.
- Slice and serve hot!
