- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into each cup.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
