Description

Deliciously savory muffins packed with the flavors of pizza, made for carnivore diet enthusiasts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into each cup.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
