- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, stir, and then microwave for another 30 seconds until fully melted.
- Add eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and almond flour to the melted cheese mixture. Stir until fully combined.
- Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press into a pizza shape.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and add your favorite toppings, then bake again until the toppings are cooked.
Notes
- This dough can be refrigerated for a few days or frozen for longer storage.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
