Description

A delicious and easy-to-make pizza dough suitable for carnivore diets.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup almond flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, stir, and then microwave for another 30 seconds until fully melted.
  3. Add eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and almond flour to the melted cheese mixture. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press into a pizza shape.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and add your favorite toppings, then bake again until the toppings are cooked.

  • This dough can be refrigerated for a few days or frozen for longer storage.
