Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes, then transfer them to an ice bath.
- Peel the eggs once they are cool.
- In a bowl, mix the sausage meat with the spices.
- Wrap each egg with a layer of sausage.
- Place the wrapped eggs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
