Description

Delicious carnivore-friendly egg salad made with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives


Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then peel and chop them.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until the ingredients are combined.
  4. Add in chopped chives and stir.
  5. Serve the egg salad on lettuce leaves or inside avocado halves.
