Description

Delicious and satisfying donuts made with a carnivore twist, perfect for low-carb and keto diets.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before removing from the pan.
