- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar substitute
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
