- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup erythritol sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a richer taste, add sugar-free chocolate chips to the batter.
