Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
