- 1 cup shrimp, blended
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, for cooking
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine blended shrimp, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Pour a small amount of the mixture into the skillet, swirling to form a thin layer.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with toppings of your choice.

- These crepes can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
