Description

Delicious shrimp and egg-based crepes that are perfect for a carnivore diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp, blended
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine blended shrimp, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  3. Pour a small amount of the mixture into the skillet, swirling to form a thin layer.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. Serve warm with toppings of your choice.
