Description

A hearty and rich chowder loaded with meaty flavors, perfect for carnivore diet enthusiasts.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon, diced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and chopped onion, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and bring back to a simmer.
  6. Add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked bacon back into the pot.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
