- 1 pound bacon, diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned.
- Stir in the minced garlic and chopped onion, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring back to a simmer.
- Add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked bacon back into the pot.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
