- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended.
- Form the mixture into burger bun shapes.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
