Description

These carnivore burger buns are a perfect low-carb alternative for your burgers, made entirely from meat and cheese for a delicious, protein-packed experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Form the mixture into burger bun shapes.
  5. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
