- 1 cup ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef with seasoning until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, cream cheese, and almond flour until smooth.
- Add baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mixture.
- Fold in the shredded cheese.
- Layer the ground beef mixture and egg mixture in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
