- 2 cups pork rinds, crushed
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pork rinds, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and cream cheese together until smooth.
- Add the egg mixture to the pork rind mixture and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.

- This bread is best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
