Carnivore Bread using pork rinds and eggs offers a low-carb, protein-packed alternative to traditional bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pork rinds, crushed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pork rinds, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and cream cheese together until smooth.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the pork rind mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Stir in the melted butter.
