- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, mix together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased pie dish, layer the cooked beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the pie dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
