- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your campfire grill or oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground lamb and spices, and cook until browned.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread tomato sauce over the dough, then top with cooked lamb, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, olives, and cilantro.
- Place the pizza on the grill or in the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.

- This pizza can be customized with additional toppings like bell peppers or onions.
- For a spicier pizza, add more cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes.
