Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat your campfire grill or oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground lamb and spices, and cook until browned.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Spread tomato sauce over the dough, then top with cooked lamb, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, olives, and cilantro.
  5. Place the pizza on the grill or in the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
