Description

A delicious grilled chicken panini perfect for campfire cooking.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices ciabatta bread
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or campfire.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. On ciabatta bread, spread pesto sauce on one side.
