Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over low heat and add lobster tails, cooking gently until the flesh is opaque.
  3. In another skillet, sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender.
  4. Add crab meat, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, and chives to the mushroom mixture, season with salt and pepper, and combine well.
  5. Stuff the mushroom caps with the crab mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake stuffed mushrooms in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
  7. Serve lobster tails alongside the crab-stuffed mushrooms and enjoy!
