- 4 tablespoons bone marrow
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a skillet, heat the bone marrow and butter over medium heat until melted.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
- Place the lobster tails in the skillet, flesh side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, add chopped parsley, salt, and pepper before serving.
