Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons bone marrow
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  3. In a skillet, heat the bone marrow and butter over medium heat until melted.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
  5. Place the lobster tails in the skillet, flesh side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, add chopped parsley, salt, and pepper before serving.
