- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 egg

- 1/2 cup butter for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, egg, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Mix until well combined and form into patties.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the shrimp cakes in the butter until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
