A delicious fusion of Indian butter chicken and classic pizza.
Ingredients

- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup butter chicken
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup yogurt, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread butter chicken evenly over the dough.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and red onion slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden.
- Remove from oven and top with chopped cilantro and a drizzle of yogurt.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of butter chicken to your taste.
- You can use leftover butter chicken for this recipe.
- Serve with extra yogurt on the side.
