Description

A delicious fusion of Indian butter chicken and classic pizza.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup butter chicken
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup yogurt, for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread butter chicken evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and red onion slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden.
  6. Remove from oven and top with chopped cilantro and a drizzle of yogurt.
  7. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of butter chicken to your taste.
  • You can use leftover butter chicken for this recipe.
  • Serve with extra yogurt on the side.
