Instructions
- Season the venison chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the venison chops.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip.
- Add butter, garlic, and thyme to the skillet.
- Baste the chops with the melted butter for an additional 4-5 minutes, until cooked to desired doneness.
