Description

Juicy and tender venison chops, enhanced by a rich butter basting that adds flavor and moisture.


Ingredients

  • 4 venison chops
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season the venison chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the venison chops.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip.
  4. Add butter, garlic, and thyme to the skillet.
  5. Baste the chops with the melted butter for an additional 4-5 minutes, until cooked to desired doneness.
