Description

Deliciously rich and flaky salmon steaks, perfectly cooked with a crispy skin and infused with butter for extra flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon steaks skin-side down in the skillet.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  5. Flip the steaks and add butter, garlic, and thyme to the skillet.
  6. Baste the salmon with the melted butter and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately with the butter sauce drizzled on top.
