Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Render duck fat in a large skillet over medium heat. Add fries and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  4. Add lamb chops to the skillet with duck fat, garlic, and rosemary.
