Description

A delicious dish featuring liver marinated in bourbon, sautéed with onions for a rich and savory flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound liver
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Marinate the liver in bourbon for at least 1 hour.
  2. Remove the liver from the bourbon and dredge in flour.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the sliced onions and sauté until translucent.
  5. Add the liver and cook until browned on both sides.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
