- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the chicken drumettes to the bowl and toss until well coated with the seasoning.
- Arrange the drumettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot.
