Instructions
- In a pot, heat the bone broth over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce and miso paste, mixing well.
- Bring the broth to a gentle simmer.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Once cooked, divide the noodles into bowls.
- Pour the hot bone broth over the noodles.
- Top with green onions, a soft-boiled egg, and bok choy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
