  • 1 cup bok choy


Instructions

  3. Stir in the soy sauce and miso paste, mixing well.
  4. Bring the broth to a gentle simmer.
  5. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.

  8. Top with green onions, a soft-boiled egg, and bok choy.
