- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the blackening seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Wrap each shrimp with a slice of bacon and secure with a skewer.
- Brush both the salmon and skewers with olive oil.
- Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for about 3-4 minutes, turning halfway through, until bacon is crispy.
