Description

Succulent and flavorful bison short ribs coated with a dry rub and roasted to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 3 pounds bison short ribs
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
  3. Rub the spice mixture over the bison short ribs, coating them evenly.
  4. Place the short ribs in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  5. Roast for 3 hours, then remove the foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
