- 3 pounds bison short ribs
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
- Rub the spice mixture over the bison short ribs, coating them evenly.
- Place the short ribs in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 3 hours, then remove the foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
