- 1 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the bison short ribs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown the ribs on all sides.
- Add garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth to the skillet.
- Bring to a simmer, then transfer to a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 3 hours, or until tender.
- Remove from the oven and let rest before serving.
