Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season the bison short ribs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown the ribs on all sides.
  4. Add garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth to the skillet.
